PermaRoof worked with the architectural officer at the University of Leeds to specify for the roof of the Helium recovery suite at the Woodhouse site.

Coated in its original asphalt, a long-term and highly durable surfacing was required for waterproofing. Following an extensive site survey and condition report, we determined that P500 liquid PU was the right system to apply.

We connected with Samuel Moore Roofing, a PermaRoof Registered Installer, to undertake the project. Samuel said: “Following a full roof conditional report and meeting with Sunny and the building developer, Tilbury Douglas, we opted for the P500 liquid system as the best solution for this project. Our installers undertook rigorous training to become registered and be able to confidently use the system.

“We were fully supported by PermaRoof from the outset with Sunny arranging the site surveys and meetings and keeping us updated every step of the way. Other members of the PermaRoof team ensured delivery was taken care of and that the project ran smoothly. We absolutely loved installing the P500 system – it was so easy to use, and we are already pricing other projects to continue using it.”
